I’m naturally drawn to building; new ideas, new categories, new ways of working. I thrive in that space where creativity meets complexity, and where thoughtful design, collaboration, and persistence turn something intangible into something real.

That spirit has shaped the way I lead throughout my career. A designer at heart, I’ve always led by doing; rolling up my sleeves alongside my teams to create, refine, and bring ideas to life. Whether it’s building a pattern, shaping a product, or guiding a vision through to market, I believe in being part of the process, not removed from it.

I’ve found that when a team is aligned behind a shared vision and work ethic, something special happens. There’s an ease to it. A momentum where collaboration feels natural and the work becomes stronger because of it. That experience has shaped how I lead and how I build; always in close partnership with merchandising, sourcing, and creative teams, knowing that the best ideas are rarely created in isolation.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape and grow brands like Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids, Restoration Hardware, and Pottery Barn Teen. Most recently, I helped guide the relaunch of Crate & Kids; reshaping its aesthetic, refining its core categories, and bringing it into alignment with the broader vision of Crate & Barrel. Alongside this, I led the redefinition of Crate textiles across bedding, bath, rugs, window, entertaining, and kitchen; creating a more cohesive and elevated voice across the brand.

At the center of it all is a belief in thoughtful creation; work shaped with intention, collaboration, and the courage to continually evolve.

“Creativity takes courage.”
