The Design Collective Salon
Created by Melodie Froment, Jeremy Stoner & Merinda Garrett The Design Collective Salon (TDC Salon) fosters connection and cross pollination within local and global Design Communities. We support and create community by curating a blend of creatives who can support each other in their individual and collaborative pursuits. Each TDC Salon is unique and drives how connections are forged. Our Design Sphere is growing. We strive to catalyse instructive conversation that informs our mission. Relationships are everything.

The Soulfull Home.
Created in collaboration with longtime creative partners, The Soulfull Home explored a more mindful approach to home design—one rooted in beauty, transparency, sustainability, and conscious living.
A yogi and interior designer, a product and design leader and a creative director; all with combined decades upon decades of experience in designing spaces and in leading brands to influence with positive impacts on people's lives. With the soulfull home, we step away from the limiting trappings of big box retail by envisioning new means in business plans that impact customer lives, enrich their communities and improve that state of our planet.
Who we are
The concepts of mindfulness and meditation have taught us to live with intention and consideration. We apply this inward pursuit to our outward surroundings by not introducing off gassing materials, materials reaped from the earth and poorly made disposable decor. This allows us to shape our surroundings into an ecosystem that fuels our life, while not harming the planet.
Our method
“Design is where beauty meets intention.”
John Maeda
Our mission is to disrupt the current models of design, manufacturing and logistics behind the home furnishings industry through new little-to-no impact products and methods; and to open the minds of consumers through mindfulness and intention so as to unlock the potential for a healthy, beautiful, well-designed home.
We firmly believe that if we cannot design a product that will have a positive impact on the planet and the individual then we will not make it or stand behind it. We will be the trusted brand that you can take at face value, being transparent and without having to look behind the curtain. In doing this, we educate the consumer in an unprecedented way how to live and choose with more intent.
Our mission
For the love family.

I love to cook, it’s my happy place, my escape from it all, a time where I can lose myself to something and (usually) enjoy the outcome. To cook for those I love, my children, my family, my friends in an honor and joy.
Slow-cooked Gruyère polenta topped with a rich ragù of black lentils, guanciale, homegrown spring onions, and green garlic, finished with a poached egg and crisp prosciutto. Just another Thursday dinner for my love.

A dense layered chocolate gåteau for my first born’s 18th celebration, chocolate crumbles & dustings of gold leaf.
A Christmas nibble……Petit four Mont Blanc, layered with Madagascar vanilla cream and chestnut vermicelli, crowned with a shard of marron glacé.
Homemade pâté de campagne studded with confit figs, served with crisp petits cornichons, wholegrain mustard, and rustic seed bread fresh from the oven.
A Christmas dinner……Beef oxtail, smoked cheddar, and shallot pies in a peppered shortcrust pastry, crowned with roasted marrow bone and served alongside horseradish mashed potatoes, caramelized heirloom carrots, and toasted hazelnuts.
A Dubai chocolate gâteau d’anniversaire layered with silky chocolate, pistachio-kataifi crunch, and a glossy ganache finish.
